本機為四輥冷軋機，由壓下裝置、機架裝置、輥系部分、平衡裝置、主傳動、萬向軸托架、換輥裝置等組成。其主要功能是軋制帶材，滿足一定厚度。設備組成，由液壓漲縮放卷機、進料工藝平臺、四輥軋機、支承輥液壓換輥裝置、出料工藝平臺、龍門架實心卷取機、普通液壓系統、AGC液壓系統、稀油站、油氣潤滑系統、工藝潤滑站、電控、測厚儀、機組地腳螺栓等組成。
